Blair started his musical journey at a young age while growing up at Highway Tabernacle Assembly of God church in Youngstown, Ohio. He would find his way to the front row during the song service just to watch the piano player move his fingers up and down the keyboard.
His parents decided to start him with accordion lessons at the age of 8 followed by the organ and piano. Those music lessons would become a lifelong gift and passion.
After graduating from high school, Blair had his path set on being a part of a major touring rock and roll band until Jesus came into his heart and changed all that. Since that time he has been involved in the music ministry in several area churches. He has traveled extensively for The Lord through the 70’s and 80’s with national gospel recording artist, Jeff Pasky.
He has written more than 400 songs over the past years while studying arranging, music production and technique under Sam D’Angelo his mentor for more than twenty years. He is mostly at home doing session work in a recording studio.
